Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it. The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.

  • Our practice accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Our online payment form also accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Affirm.

  • Our online payment form accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Affirm. To use Apple or Google Pay you must access the form via your mobile phone.

  • We accept most insurance plans, including GEHA, Cigna PPO, and anything that runs in the Connection Network. Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We will submit claims to your dental insurance company on your behalf as a courtesy for all of our patients.

    Please note – as of 1/1/2026, we will no longer be in-network with Delta Dental PPO. We are still happy to see you as a patient and will submit Delta Dental PPO claims on your behalf for your reimbursement. Payment in full will be expected at time of service
